We can assist you in organising your council and planning approvals before getting underway with selections. Should you also require assistance with your finances, we can also refer you to a Financial Broker for further discussion.

How long does a typical extension take?

A home extension can certainly vary when it comes to the estimated build time, as every individual project completion is dependent upon the size and the complexity of the job. However, a typical extension can take anywhere between three to six months, from the start of construction to final handover.

Do I have to move out of my home during our renovation or extension?

We like to create the least amount of disturbance for you and your family when undertaking a renovation or extension, therefore while work is in progress you can stay at home during the build stage as our work will typically have minimal impact on your day-to-day life.

How do I know my builder is licenced & insured?

Individual builders licences can be searched and found online, however contacting your builder directly may be the best course of action in order to obtain their licence and insurances.

Is there a warranty on my build?

Do you undertake projects on two-storey homes?

Yes! We can conduct work for both single and double-storey new dwellings and extensions.
