The first stage of any project we will meet with you to discuss your vision and dream build. This is a free consult for us to really understand what you desire and how we can personalise the project to you.

Considering your needs from our initial meeting, we have some preliminary plans drawn up. We understand every job is unique, so we take the time to make sure the designs we create meet your living requirements and are personalised to you.

Once you are happy with the concept plans and design we can then submit the plans to your council. We provide all the documentation for both architectural and engineering to obtain Council Planning, Building and Development Approvals. We take care of all the correspondence with the council, this can take up to 12 weeks to obtain full Council Approvals. We use this time to finalise and confirm your selections.

Now that we have council approval, we can work together by going over full working plans and engineering. We will also discuss the build aspect in detail. Once you are happy with the designs and selections, we can then offer a fixed price contract and building can commence.

Building your dream is where we excel! Firstly, we provide a full build schedule for you and all our trades. This ensures everyone is aware of what is happening and what to expect. We like to meet with our clients on and off site during the building process so all questions are answered and everything is going smoothly.
